      HypnoDestiny's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      -Nose plug
      -Pushing finger through palm


      Dream Signs:
      -Fairs with Arcades?
      -Not being able to see my hands

      Short-Term Goals:
      -To lucid dream frequently, if not every night


      Long-Term Goals:
      -To have a high level of awareness
      -To have a lot of control
      -To have clear, vivid lucid dreams

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      -A couple nights in a row I forgot my dream afterwards, but for the most part, I have pretty good recall

      Current Technique:
      -DILD.
      -FILD

      Sleep Schedule
      -I've improved my schedule. I usually go to bed at 9-11 PM and wake up at 6-8 AM.

      Why I want to lucid dream
      -To do things that I would have no chance of doing in RL, like going on a date with my crush, or going to Hogwarts.

      I think I've found some dream signs!

      Fairs and arcades. The past two nights they've both been together in dreams. I hope I can recognize them and use them at my advantage to LD!

      I don't have internet anymore, but I may be able to get on about once a week at school. I can record my dreams (I have been doing so, on my tablet) and then copy them here!

      Came across LDing in 2015, been doing it on and off since then.
      As of 2021 I still LD, although rarely, and as of 6/21/2021 I've made the choice to become active again on here more consistently
