- Have at least a few a month
- Increasing Duration (It seems I have to wake up every time one barely it starts)
- Better Remember what happened in my dream(s)

Long-Term Goals:
- Lucid Dreams almost every night
- Complete Control

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Very Foggy (AS OF NOW) I have never had a fully lucid dream
- Most dreams are in Black and White and have no sound at all
