      Timespace's workbook

Hi! I'm an ex-natural, but I stopped dreaming after years of sleep deprivation. (not anymore!)
I practiced LDing for 2 weeks before finding DreamViews (spoiler: best source out there ), so that's my 3rd week.
      Nice to meet you all!

      Reality Checks:
      - Looking at a scar in my pinky that seems like the number '4' (I imagine it changing into a 7)
      - Counting my fingers
      - Analysing my hand
      - Remembering what I did since I woke up in reverse order
      - Trying to look for out-of-place things

      Dream Signs:
      - Watching videos
      - Parties (I'm not a party guy, but I seem to dream a lot about it)
      - My job/coworkers (I love my job, so my coworkers appear in the majority of my dreams)
      - My brother (he's living far away)

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Getting my average dream recal to 3+/night
      - Remembering to completely stabilize an LD & do constant RCs
      - Succesfully incubating a dream
      - Waking up naturally after a dream using MILD
      - Translating my pen & paper DJ to DreamViews DJ

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Consistently getting 3+ LDs/week
      - WILDing 2 times in one week
      - DEILD chaining 3 times
      - Having a completely lucid 10min dream with full control

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - Inconsistent dream recall. Sometimes I recall 5 dreams, and then don't remember any for 3 nights.

      Current Technique:
      - DILD (lots of RCs and my version of ADA)
      - Just started MILD (mantras during the day & incubation before bed)
      - 2 WBTB + SSILD or WILD

      4 interesting things happened:
      - My WBTB alarms didn't wake me up, but I woke up naturally anyways (which is weird since I sleep like a rock). Maybe my body's getting used to WBTBs.
      - I had a frustrating dream where I was trying to WILD but there was a bookshelf getting in the way. Then, during my dream vibrations, I got too excited and woke up, just to remember I have no bookshelf above my bed... =/
      - Then, I had the best lucid dream to date! I don't remember the start of the dream or how I got lucid, but I do remember that I didn't do anything interesting before that. It had a total duration of 5 minutes. I didn't have a lot of control, but I got to kiss a really hot girl (which strangely felt way better than real life), and when the dream was about to fade I managed to visualize another dream and hop into it.
      - When I finally woke up, I started writing it down, but then I woke up again, so I had to re-write some of it...
Time I got to bed: 1 am
      Total sleep: 9 hrs
      Dreams recalled: 2

I did WBTB but didn't get a lot of sleep, so I didn't remember any dreams.

I recalled only one dream, where I was very tired and just watched the scene passively. Maybe that's a sign I have to be more active during my waking-life.
During the day, I intensified my mantras. I currently have 3 mantras of similar objectives. Everytime I pass a door or change a tab in the computer I say one of them. If I forget, I punish myself by repeating each one 10 times.
Also, my ADA's starting to become more natural. I'm noticing a lot of things around me without trying.
Time I got to bed: 11:45 pm
      Total sleep: 7 hrs
      Dreams recalled: 1
