      Wild

Hey guys. I've been reading up on these hypnagogic hallucinations. I believe I may have experienced some of these in the past. It occurred during a time in which I felt like I was half awake and half asleep. It was as though I could literally feel myself falling asleep and I could hear a noise similar to being under water and a ringing in my ears. I never was able to see what would happen if I let it continue because it was somewhat frightening and I forced myself to snap out of it. I also felt like I couldn't move as long as this noise continued. Is this a common part of these hallucinations or is it something entirely different?

This seems pretty normal. This is somewhat how I experienced my WILDs when I had them. After a short paralysis I'd just fly through types of "tunnel" hallucinations and land in the dream fully lucid. Just remember, it's all just a ride and you are in control. Have fun and good luck!
