So I have been at it for a couple days now now dream journal and recalling all my dreams and what not. Doing my reality test in the day and finally i had my first ever lucid dream last night. I realized i was in a dream because i have writing on my hands before i go to bed and when i looked at it the letters continued to change thus sparking my realization i was dreaming and that was awesome as soon as i figured that out i tried to do the first thing cool i could that was flying it seemed as though i was more floating because the wind tended to take me where it wanted to go. Is this normal for the first time not complete control some what of an introduction to the experience i felt like i was in control and yet it seemed like i still was following someone else directions it was amazing and i ended up with some kids i haven't seen in years but is this normal first experience is testing the limits before you have complete control? And i false awoken after meeting up with my friends i could feel myself leaving my lucid dream and slip into what i though was being awake but it was another dream any advice or things i should know? |

Thanks i keep going at it i have heard that B6 vitamins will help is this true and if so when should i take them in the morning afternoon or night? |

B6 has helped some people. Personally, it gives me more energy without causing me to crash. Some people take it before going to bed, but personally I find that if I take it before I go to sleep, I'll wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to fall back asleep. If I do take it for dreaming, I usually take it in the middle of the night. If you want to try B6, find out for yourself when you should take it, but I wouldn't use it as a crutch to help recall dreams. Just see how it works for you. |
