My next experience was when i was in my early 20's. I was able to as i put it " come alive in my dreams". And what i did in my dreams is for a rated R thread. Im sure im not the only one who got jiggy with it in thier dreams. I was able to control my actions or as you guys call it "lucid dreaming". I could chsnge any thing i wanted. I knew i was dreaming and i could remain calm control it. This lasted about 2 months. Im now 33. Have not dreamed like i used to. Im a paramedic and i get woken up at all times of the night. What reminded me of my past experience was a dream i had right before getting a call at 2 am. I was almost able to "wake up in my dream again"

Thanks for reading. Sorry for typo im on iphone just after sn ems call and i just had to share my thoughts before i went back to sleep, and hopefully for the rest of the night.
Welcome to dreamviews! Have a nice stay.

It seems you have had very few lucid dreams in your whole life, but you have a nearly perfect job (in my humble opinion) for one technique. The technique is WILD'ing (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream) with WBTB (Wake-Back to Bed). It requires you to wake up at the middle of the night just before or during your REM sleep and stay awake for some time. It seems your job does just that!
Try browsing the Attaining Lucidity section and check out. Maybe you're a lucky one!
