Hmm...try getting more sleep. Like 9 or more hours (if you can). Try doing WBTBs, or set your alarm for around 3 hours after going to sleep and try to WILD at that time. Try taking an early morning/late afternoon nap (if you can). Try melatonin/vitamin b6/twelve. Or even better, try Galantamind. Start recording your dreams again (if you stopped), improve your recall...etc. etc. etc. this is all basic stuff...but it works if you put the effort in. Or even just simply start doing RCs every hour or so. Simple things like that. Good luck. |
