Hi All,

I'm a novice lucid dreamer from The Netherlands. Since I am really getting into this thing, I decided to register at the most active forum, and here I am.

I started recording my first dreams exactly one month ago today. The first three weeks of my experience, I was mostly just recording dreams. (Tried WBTB once, and had my first lucid dream) A week ago, I started doing WBTB+MILD every day, and it is working great. I've had a total of 5 lucid dreams in the last 30 days, 4 of which in the last 5 days. Stephen Laberge's book 'Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming' helped me a lot.

I now want to focus on staying lucid and asleep for longer, because right now, my lucid dreams do not last very long at all. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge on this forum, and I hope to become an expert lucid dreamer in the future.
