      Weird WILD Experience

I understand that this should probably be posted in the WILD thread, but I still feel like a noob and that my questions are better fit here. Last night during a WILD attempt, the usual oddities began occurring to me, such as my bad violently shaking back and forth and hearing noises. I then realized that I could kind of "move" my fingers without actually literally moving them. As I progressed, I could even make an entire fist before I realized that my hand was still laying wide open and perfectly still. When I tried it with other parts of my body it didn't work. Also, at one point it felt like one of my fingers was frozen solid, feeling really tight and rigid. Is this common?

The more you enter the trance state of a WILD, the more your dream body will detach from your physical body.

It is a common feeling you do get. Try imagine 'rolling out' of your physical body. This will cause you to completly detach and enter a dream.

Yes. It is sleep paralysis and nothing to worry about. It is a good sign that you are building an awareness of yourself. SP occurs every time you went into sleep. Your wild attempts helped you to realize that you are in SP. Sometimes it may be a terrifying experience while in SP. But try to read more of it and get enough awareness. Good Luck!!!!!
