You wanna increase your dream recall first - dream journal. Whenever you wake up, right down anything about the dream. Write down as much detail as possible!
Only RC when something wierd happens, or you feel strange, like you could be dreaming
WBTB is a useful method to get your first LD. Get up after about 5.5 hours of sleep, get up, and think about lucid dreaming for awhile, look over your dream journal and then go to sleep.
Remember, getting your first LD takes time and patience
And the noises/vibrations means your were pretty close to WILDing

Until you get a dj, just think about your dreams ALOT in as much detail as possible, but get djing as soon as you can
