      Question Semi sleep paralysis

      HEY FELLOW LUCID DREAMERS JUST SAW INCEPTION I UNDERSTOOD IT BETTER THAN THE REST OF THE AUDIENCE BECAUSE IM ALL INTO LUCID DREAMING YAH!!! xD. But anyways everytime i do a wild i go into this semi sleep paralysis state instead of a full one. I kinds start seeing my dream scenerio but when i try to move my dream body my physical body starts moving and that wakes me back up =/ any suggestions???

      It sounds like you're just trying to move into your dreamscene too early. I find the scene 'feel 3d' when it is ready to move into.

      Iif you try to float into your dreamscene rather than walk or step into it, this should limit your movements to the dream body only, and have no effect on your physical body.
