New member from England saying hey everyone!

Hey there everyone, my name is Lewis and im from England, very interested with LD, iv had one long ago without any techniques but aint managed to have one recently. Keeping a Dream Journal and it seems to really help me remember and record my dreams in detail!
Very interested to discuss anything on LD, my problem at the moment is seeming to realise at all in my dreams that i am dreaming and becoming Lucid, some weird things happen in there and i seem to accept them in my dreams as iff they were real
Anyway if you would like to add me as a friend on here and discuss any techniques and any experiences id be more than will to have a chat, all of this stuff really interests me. Cheers guys!

Nice to hear that you've had one a long time ago, I'm sure that you will be able to get some more soon if you work at it. Check out the reality check and DILD tutorials, are these are the best to start with in my opinion. Dream journals are great, go back over it every once in a while and see if you notice any recurring themes. Check out the dream signs tutorial for examples.

If you have specific questions, feel free to ask in a thread, PM a dream guide (those with green names like mine) or go into chat.
