Hello everyone,
I read about lucid dreaming a while ago actually, now that I've seen Inception (haha) I'm very motivated to learn it, so despite being hangoverish and not giving a damn about REM phases and everything I gave it a try, and typical things happened, which also happened before in my life, the only problem is associating them with the terms like hypnagogic hallucinations and whatnot. So here's my little story what I saw:

First I saw some colors, green and sometimes blue also, moving, swirling in chaos.
Then I also began to see some single very vague objects which seemed to be a plan, like a 3d made out of strings, these were in the middle of the colors.
Later everything became black and a very familiar hallucination appeared, lets say a black golfball with white dots, ever revolving.

Sometimes I kind of woke up so I didn't see anything, I did the movement of closing and opening my eyes while my eyelids were closed, well, I think that's a bad thing to do.

Okay, so I thought 'so when does the fun part start?!' and tried to force a thought/dream/phantasy of me having sex with someone (obvious), soon other scenes or scenarios started to run through my head, but while that happened I still had more or less full sentience of my body, generally of myself lying in the bed, but I also was aware that I can't really move my body right now because my mind is in my mind, but wouldn't have been a problem to actually move my body, because I was still awake...
After some scenarios, scenarios as such aren't new to me, I was bored not actually to be in the scenario but still to feel the 'real world' and I stopped the experiment

Awkward to describe, I hope someone actually understands this. What happened there? Does it actually have anything to do with lucid dreaming, am I on the right track?

Thanks in advance for your responses,
Phantast
