okay so im here because I find lucid dreaming fascinating, and id like to get better at it got into it in the first place because I was having nightmares everyday I read a page on it, and was able to do it my first night. then ive done it a few more times after that, but lately ive been able to only know im dreaming, but not control it so I look forward to posting here, and learning more about the crazy dream world

Hi Glow, welcome to DV! Dream control comes from expectations. You can "will" or "expect" a DC to do something, and they'll probably do it if you're confident enough. If you're trying to shoot fireballs from your hands, don't just chuck your hand, but expect fire to shoot out too.
