      VILD. Why visualizations destroys my relax ?

      Why is it so when i am trying to visualize my dream scene, (in vild) i am creating effect opposite to relaxation ?
      (faster heart beat, tension).
      When i am doing it long enough and with details, later everything is automatic, i can only observe creation and this is without effort.
      But until automatic mode takes control it is very long time.
      I read that for some people vild is wrong because it creates tension.
      Maybe i am that type of guy.
      But please dont write -"change method".
      Write what i can do to change my behavior and reactions.

      sounds to me like you already have your mind made up, and you dont need us XD.

      im not an expert on this, but yeah i think you are just getting tense.

      Im not going to recomend you to another method, but i will say try other ones wile continuing with this one, (Maybe switch methods every night?) so you can keep it new and expand your overall experience? Perhaps one method would help with another?

      (im not sure if these are the related methods) I suggest Mastering WILD before you master VILD because i THINK WILD is just VILD without you visualizing . It will help you to learn to maintain your calm. In order to change your behaviors and reactions, you have to master them.

      also, practice, practice, practice, you will eventually get it, try new things, if they dont work go back to older things, and just practice to get better at it
