      First lucid? Or faek?

I can't tell if this was my first lucid or not? I always check for dreamsigns and RC in real life. In my dream I tried to put my tongue through my teeth and realized I could so I held my nose and I could breathe, after that all I can remember is being in a bathroom and being scared to look in the mirror, but I was also excited; this being my first supposed lucid. And I woke up. Was I dreaming of thinking I was lucid or was I actually lucid???

The way I can tell is, if you were truly lucid you can just tell and wouldn't need to ask. It's not like waking up but rather moving from a dream to your bed.

I may be wrong but that's just my advice.

I wasn't excited as you when I had I think I had a lucid dream today. What had happened was that I while I was laying down I did a reality check by looking at my hand. When I raised my hand to where I couldn't see it and I couldn't see my hand. It was invisible. I also have those moments where you said that you were afraid to look in the mirror because something scary might happen. Sometimes I just want to open my eyes quickly so I can wake up.
