first partially lucid dream since joining

Hi im new, obviously. i saw lucid dreaming on the internet and thought it sounded pretty cool, i had lucid dreams before, i just never knew what to do with them or what they were. so ive done some of the steps and what not and I had a pretty cool one last night, I was walking around my town with some buddies, and i dont remember much before this, but i saw a cloud in the sky that kind of looked like a funnel cloud. And i pointed out to everyone that it looked like a tornado. well all of a sudden it starts to spin and at that time it was far away so we didnt worry too much. Then we start walking away, at that time we were thinking the storm is coming up on us, next thing I know there was a tornado right above us ,only nothing was really getting sucked up .. until I thought to myself "oh no, im going to get sucked up!" sure enough i start flying around, almost hovering, until i tell myself that i didnt want to get sucked up, so i gently flew to the ground. It was a very intense flying feeling. very real. then i saw what i thought was a couch in the sky, it was kind of blurry.. then i yelled "look! a couch!" and then it was very clearly a couch in high detail. i ran for cover and it seemed like right when i ran for cover, it started raining couches.. at that point i tried calling for help and my cell did not work and i woke up. it was like everything i thought would happen, would. it taught me a lot about how your supposed to think during a dream. i hope i dream good tonight !

Sounds like an interesting dream. Interesting to see in your dreams how what you think about becomes real, eventually, you will learn to use that to control your dreams.

yea it was very interesting to see how easily it was to manipulate, even tho i wasnt fully aware it was a dream. guess it takes some practice in your state of mind while awake before you can fully be in control in both worlds. i cant wait to fly
