i had my first ld for 2-3 seconds

Hi, I think I had my first ld. I've been into it for months and recorded my dreams into a journal and never had one so i forgot about it for months... I think the one I had was go back to sleep ld or something. Can you read my experience and tell me how I can do it again?

So basically, I'm regular dreaming at a beach with friends and this average attractive girl. Scene changes I'm at a hotel. I start realizing as I get into the elevator that something is wrong. I feel like I'm awake and also in the elevator. So... I kind of wake up 70% with dream on going 30%. But I get back into the dream because I want to. When I get out of the elevator, I fully know that I am dreaming. So I tell myself... I don't think I can change my location (hotel) but I can have sex with someone. so I run to the nearest door in the hallway and open it... during this moment, I'm pretty sure I open my eyes and a lot of things happen. I hear saw-like sounds, I'm aware of my sp, I hear a woman's seductive giggle, and I kind of see her naked inside a bed/tent. And after I opened my eyes, I try to move to get to her... and of course, i'm in sp... so I can't move and the buzz gets a bit louder.

My question is... this feels exactly like when my mom woke me up for school as a kid and I would go back to sleep and dream of brushing teeth. showering, going to school except this time I was 3 seconds aware and in control and thinking in sexual terms.

Second question... if I know that I'm ld, am i supposed to keep my eyes closed? Since I'm lding, I know i'm dreaming and I know that I have the will to wake and open eyes, technically right?

Also, I heard ld becomes easier after you've had your first one. I have a easy summer so I might try the going back to sleep induction.

PLEASE, leave me comments and give me your opinions and tips. thanks!

I think your Lucid Dream ended so suddenly because you got too excited or eager. Sometimes over feeling an emotion causes you to wake up.
Either that or you was coming to the end of a REM cycle.

Well, when you are Lucid Dreaming you are in control of your 'Dream body'. So if you open your eyes you will open them within a dream. Obviously, if you haven't feel asleep yet your real eyes will open.
This kind of stuff you will get use to over time. Trust me

And of course! Lucid Dreaming is a skill, and like all skills ... practise makes perfect.
