      Weird shivering while WILDing?

      So just recently Ive had 2 DILD's (didnt even try to, they just happened) but they were really fuzzy and I want to have ones that are higher quality I guess you could say.

      Im working on a WILD method, and I felt like I got kind of close yesterday, but all 3 days Ive tried it after a while I just start shaking or having these weird muscle spasms.

      Should I try stretching, or different sleep positions? This happen to anybody else? I think its the main problem with me not being able to get a dream, since Im moving so much.

      Are you doing it during WBTB or before bed?

      Before bed is not recomended.

      If your feeling uncomfertable than move. It wont set you back as far as intense spazes will. Also some peoples SP is more intense than others which could explain the problems.

      Other than that you should just lay there and let the problems pass.

      Also were do people get that WILD's are more qulity than DILD? It all depends on how you stabalize and how food of a LDer you are.

      I believe this is SP, and not to be worried about. When you feel the intense vibrations, stay relaxed, breath in long, calm and deliberately. Try to exit to dream world by rolling down.

      I have hunger to have Lucid dreams but........this is extreme. LOL

      I get this too when I lay down for extended periods of time on my back
