      Smile My 1st LD!! have some questions.....

      Hello guys&girls .....

      Last nite, I woke up ....( is what i thought ) ....for some reason i thought,this is not real. Then it got to me....i am lucid!! ...from exitemend i start running in the dream scene....i sense i am loosing lucidity and start spinning. The sensation is amazing, the sense changes again and enter a new dream,but not lucid anymore.

      1. Did i have a lucid dream or dream about lucidity?
      2. Why the dream scene change and i forget i am not lucid?
      3. Is this what they call false awakening ?

      2. It is normal for beginners. Practice deepening and stabilization techniques.

      yea next time you realize that you are dreaming try to touch things, the closer to you the better so you don't destabilize the dream by moving, then start rubbing your hands and really concentrate on it, feel the warmth, and the energy it takes to move your hands. With that you should be good to walk around your dream, and remember don't worry on walking up, that always seems to wake me up when I just got started lol.
