Im going to give you a few techniques. Note: They work for me quite well thats not saying that they will work for you, but it might get you started. You want to find a comfort dreaming zone. If you remember the way you went to sleep the one night that you had your lucid, attempt to sleep in the same kind of position. If your planning on going through with it make sure you have nothing that will break you from your dream. IE alarms, annoying brothers or sisters, music, as these things find their way into your dreams. I dont know if the sleeping position really does anything but its never failed me. Give it a try and see what happens
