You always dream when you sleep, the problem is that you forget them. One way of remembering dreams is to wake up in the middle of night and write down what you remember in a dream journal. People usually forget their dreams while they sleep. You get at least 5-7 dreams per night depending how much u sleep. I tend to remember the last dream i have before i wake up but dream recall takes practice. You should always write down your dreams in order to train your mind into remembering them. You should start off with a few details then after you get the hang of it write as much detail as possible about your dreams. Hope this helps. |
