Smile Hello DV! decided to join after roaming around

After roaming around DV to search about an accidental WILD attempt I had, the sleep paralysis gives such a strange feeling! ... with all these years as a natural lucid dreamer, I never had that experience, and finally got interested into learning more about them.

Of course, it is hard to keep that all for myself.. often telling my family about them but they seem to not care or worse, reproach me about being too dreamy... I'd totally be more comfy talking with a community that cares about it!

I'll be getting some sleep now... and perhaps try WILD'ing without intentionnally interrupting it this time now that I'm somewhat more ''ready'' to feel the trip.

      Hey, welcome to Dreamviews!
I get the same reaction from my friends and certain family members sometimes, too. I think most of us do. Good luck with your WILDing!
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      Hello, Welcome to Dreamviews.

I am the opposite. I have told my friends about lucid dreaming and gave them some tips, they are really interested and one is very good at WILDing. But there are people that, don't matter what, will not be interested in lucid dreaming, and may not explore the full potential of themselfs.

So far no luck on the WILDs...

I can tell what is the problem I'm having: I do not relax enough after the first waves of SP, or thinking about it. My heart starts beating hard, but slow.

I've been trying to wake up during the time via drinking before sleeping, and wake up having to go to the bathroom. But it seems that the process wakes me too much.
