Am i weird?

Hello everyone! I'm new here and was just wondering about something. I've been trying to lucid dream for about 3 weeks now. When I started I seemed to have naturally excellent dream recall (I remembered 3 dreams the first night!) So after a few days of recording in my DJ, I started trying MILD. Then a couple days ago I decided to give WILDing a try. I did this for 3 days and not only did I get much less sleep, but my dream recall suffered horribly (I only remembered 2 dreams from the past three nights). Has this happened to anyone else or am I just a weirdo? I guess WILD just isn't a good method for me? Anyways I think I'll go back to MILD tonight but any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I think that a lot of times your recall goes down the more you stress about it. I would try just working on your recall for a week or two, not trying to have a lucid dream and then go from there. And no, you're not weird! Also, welcome to DV!

If your weird, we're all weird. Hey you have a Rorschach image too! Cacophony is right, stress is probably causing your recall to go down. Though I think you have an awesome dream recall!!

Happens to me all the time and your not weird just "Special" just kidding. Love the Username (reference to the Goodfellas right?) Rorschach is cool too.
