      As it happens, I do have a question. I used to have a lot of lucid dreams. Every other night when I was in my last two years of high school and into my first two of college, but now I hardly ever have them. Any ideas on why that would happen?

      How much sleep do you get per night? More sleep tends to lead to more vivid dreams, and more vivid dreams makes lucid dreaming easier. Also, how long ago was this that they stopped occuring?
