I decided that for now, doing RCs in a dream hasn't worked very well, so I thought I'd give the WILD technique a try. I've been trying for a few days now, and each time I'm getting closer and closer. |

Sounds like you were there, it's hard to say because SP varies so much from person to person. I experience SP very often, and have getting there down to a science where I can pretty much do it on command. I've had some VERY intense SP exp's that scared the shit out of me ( one was a hallucination of someone shooting a gun RIGHT by my head, and hearing the loud bang... ) |
It sounds like you were under SP. It's never a good idea to open your eyes, when you feel you are truly under SP try lifting your body up or rolling over. |
It's not really a conscious effort to open my eyes - it just sort of happens. I hadn't actually realised I was opening my eyes, I assumed it was just a part of the imagery. So when I get to the point where I start to hallucinate, and almost lose feeling of my body, I should try moving? And when I do this, would the dream materialise around me? |
Yes, if you feel like your deep into sleep paralysis and have begun seeing hallucinations attempt to move. If you are lucid and cannot move your body you are good to go, from there try rolling over or sitting up until you are literally brought into a dream like state. |

i cant wait to have another sp attack now im gonna really try and brave it out and get a feel of what happens ...xxx is it classed as lucid ur obe ..?? |
Just a little question - My recall isn't so great at the moment, but if I'm conscious from waking state to dream state, will I still retain memory of the dream when I wake up regardless? |
