Red face My very own introduction!

      Aloha everyone!

I've been a lucid dreamer for about 2 months, and so far, it's been going uphill, to say at least.

I make a different approach at becoming lucid though.

While I try to relax, I use something that makes me relax even more: Diapers.

Now, before you think that I'm weird, think again.

I wear Adult Diapers for comfort, and it relaxes me so much that when I try to go lucid, that they help me towards having a lucid dream.

Anyone who may think that I'm weird are just narrow-minded, but good luck at finding a think that relaxes yourself THAT much!

Many people wear Adult Diapers as a comfort thing because it clears their minds, like they do to me.

Though, I've been having some pretty scary moments when trying to become "tranced".

Twice, I have been laying in my bed and trying to relax, and then I suddenly sorta half dream that my head hits an object and I get so shocked that a stream of blood is running REALLY fast throughout my body. I could've gotten a heart attack!

Is that normal? Or do I need to relax even more? Help me, please.

My guess is that diapers brings on relaxation from when we were babies. Something in our mind, as a baby, told us that it's okay to poop or pee while we had a diaper on, so I guess that would continue to exist as an adult. I've never thought of this, maybe I'll give it a shot one day.

Rather comfort i think, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Remember when you peed in bed when you were young, that was a nice feeling lol... not a care in the world

      You are both right!

What was the most interesting part of being little?

      No responsibility!

You could do whatever you wanted, whenever you wanted... And everybody took care of you

And I guess that diapers gives that one reminder of you feeling snug and secure... Therefore making you more relaxed. They also feel awesome!

Anyways, would anyone like to answer my question?

PS. There's a message board which I visit often, which expertises at helping each other uncover and share more of this "strange" attraction to being a little one again... The link is below:

www . dailydiapers . com/board (remove the spaces. Stupid rule!)

      Thanks for the answer.

I've made a lot of research since this thread was made, and I'm now 100% confined with SP.

The diapers thing is a good idea actually. When the body goes into sleep mode it shuts other bodily functions down, or puts them on the "backburner" so to speak. With a diaper on your mind would not be wasting valuable processing space thinking about your bowels and such. It would allow for a easier transition into the R=0 realm
