      Does sugar realy give you nightmares?

      I was just wondering if sugar can give you nightmares.The reason is that all my friends say it does,but I think they are wrong.

      Yes, they are wrong.
      What can give you vivid or help with recall is Vitamin B6, but sugar will not give you nightmares.
