I live with my parents and they always getting up at night and talking. I hear everything because i don't know but the walls here don't block sound at all. |

It happens everyday? It probably will be a problem if you keep waking up in the middle of your REM cycle, could end a dream abruptly. You could talk to them and ser if they can speak not that loud. |

I bet its at the end of the REM cycle, because hearing outside noises in your sleep your brain just makes it part of the storyline. Like I was in a theater with Nick Swardson(American comedian) watching a movie, can't remember what movie >.< but I woke up about 2 mins later to find my tv on a high Volume with Nick Swardson on it. Noises won't usually wake somebody up unless their abrupt and really loud I'm assuming your parents aren't that loud. |

I remember that until I lived with my parents I always woke up around 6, and thought that this was my normal sleep pattern, getting out of bed very early. Only later on I realized that it was just because they always get up at that time and start talking and making alot of noise... |

Do you want to live forever?
Oh, it can be overcome, I live with just so many family members and kids... just take their voices as an anchor for WILD when you try to sleep, and when its waking you up, use it as a RC and to remember dreams. |
