      any tips on HILD

      Hi

      wondering if anyone know anything about Self Hypnosis Induced Lucid Dream? I practice self hypnosis a lot and thought it would be great if i could use it as a tool for LDing. Was kind of difficult to find any info about it, anyone have some info?
