Did you had an LD yet ? Because i look for the best technique for my first LD... ^^

No, i have yet to become lucid.

the best tehnique is to want it, to think about it, and to be patient.

I've yet to have an LD with HILD, but I've gotten close, and so far, it seems like a very promising technique, since it seems that it would allow you to enter sleep paralysis at will.

Though i understand where your coming from with this you can also get to the stage of wanting it bad and then putting added pressure on yourself to become lucid. You need to want to lucid dream but not expect instant results since you will most likely disappoint yourself.

yea, if u push urself for no reason it will be less likely to have some results

You are spot on, i overdone it, i wanted it bad, got too dissapointed after weeks with nothing. I gave up then i LD
