9:00??? Damn, you should be able to get a LD by then if you go to bed at a decent time! |

So I still haven't had a lucid dream yet and I think I know part of the problem. The technique I have been using is the DILD, but the problem with it is that I have school. The reason this is a problem is because the dreams I remember only seem to be right before I wake up at around 9:00. But because of school I'm not asleep long enough to get to the point where I can use the DILD technique. So I guess my question is does anyone know a technique that would work better for me? Or possibly a better way to use the DILD technique? |

I'll give that a try. I guess I should have originally said that I have to get up around 6:30 to get to school on time. 9:00 is the time I would wake up if I didn't have to wake up earlier for school. |

Just set it for about 5 hours after you go to sleep. I do it at 4:15 am. For DILD you shouldnt have to have to wake up but WBTB will make you more aware and give you another chance to write down a dream. |

Look into MILD to try and help you along. MILD + DILD = more chance of success. |

I found the most effective way of getting LD's is through DEILD method on the weekend mornings. When you wake up from a dream, stay still and don't open your eyes. You'll fall right into an LD. I strung about 4 or 5 LD's this way last night. |

Well i think the problem is that you havent been trying long enough.. Some people wait a year before there first LD. |
