Well your eyes only jitter around in REM sleep, not as soon as you fall asleep. When I first attempted the WILD technique I expereinced this eye jittering as well, you want to prevent this from happening as this will prevent you from relaxing in Sleep Paralysis and then a Lucid dream (This is what I have been told actually havent been successful with the WILD technique). If you are experiencing this as you are trying to fall asleep and have a DILD/MILD, then this eye jittering is also not a good thing just relax and keep practising you will get their eventually |
