      Please help! (I'm a noob)

This is my first topic I have ever posted to this website, so I hope it works out.

      ---------------------------

I have already read many forms on dream control and things like that, but theres a problem. I rarely have dreams that I can remember, maybe about 3-5 per month. I'm not sure how to increase my dreaming, but if any of you know a way I could, please help!

-If you are interested in replying but need more info, just post that you do! I check in very often.

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Hello! Please do check out those tutorials for lots of great general information. the best way to remember your dreams is to write them down. Get a notebook and pen next to your bed, and whenever you wake up, write down ANYTHING that you can recall, even if it is just a feeling. Also, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each night so your body will get used to your sleeping patterns, and be trained that you want to remember your dreams. After a few weeks you should notice your dream recall drastically improve. If you need any other help or have questions, ask around or PM me Good Luck!

Yep, you need to train yourself to get into the habit of remembering your dreams. Be sure you don't ignore the dreams from the middle of the night. Jot down a few notes every time you wake up through the night. If you don't, the memories may be gone by morning.

Now, do I have to set an alarm, or can I just jot down whatever I can remember after each dream? I can usually remember each dream, but only, like, if I were to pause it right before the dream ended, the "freeze-frame," that's all that I can remember, usually. Just a thought, when I'm woken up by some other thing, i can remember certain fragments, but not much more, and only in the morning. Actually, that's a lie, because the only time that that happens is in the morning. Thanks!
