I have recently found my self controlling (parts of) my dreams. At first it was cool, i enjoyed it very much, but now it's getting really annoying. I wake up tired, feeling like I haven't slept at all. Also i sleep almost twice as much, and i find it hard to wake up. Last night i slept for 14 hours and i still felt like i could sleep a bit more. I would like to know a way to stop this if it is possible, or at the very least control when it happens. Thank you |
