Getting the hang of it

Hi again, Just wanted to tell you that I'm getting the hang of it! I used to have regular LD's as a kid and teenager, both wilds and dilds. But as an adult I haven't spent much effort or interest in the subject. Thanks to DV my interest is now renewed and I've learned some new approaches. Recently I've had a few nice milds, nonlucid dreams have become more vivid and my dreamrecall has improved again. The concept of RC is new too me...and man does it work ! Last night I dreamed that I was climbing up som tall building. 100m above ground I checked my hands and realized I was dreaming. So I let go of the ladder and just jumped into the air, being confident I would survive . So i kept flying over my hometown during a wonderful sunset, constantly rubbing my hands. That hand rubbing really does the trick, it cant be overstated! I then drifted off for a short time and suddenly found myself at a party, instantly realizing I still was dreaming. Now I'm really looking forward to increase the frequency of LD's, learning to sustain and stabilize them and improving the sensations of my dreambody.

Well done! I agree though, for me rubbing my hands makes the whole dream shake violently and then become clear and stable. IMO its the best RC!
