      Unhappy Sleep paralysis problems

      I've got huge problems with Sleep paralysis. It started years ago, i started having Sleep paralysis everytime i would try to Sleep, Always the same man coming to My door and well. Staring at me. I haven't seriously slept for like 3 months now, be ause everytime i try to Sleep, i can sense him coming. Right now too. Typing This from My bed with My iPhone.

      It's a dream. You don't have to just lay there and let the creepy man stare at you. Get out of bed and hit him with a sledgehammer. Slam the door. Or wake up and DEILD into another dream.

      Except That i can't move or speak or Do anything at all. Aand for Some reason My linna start to hurt when it happens.

      Yeah, but when it happens, it seems like i kind of lose the knowledge That he's Real. This Is really bad since I'm pretty tired nowadays, and This prevents me from doing lucid Dreams. If i try to Do WILD it stops to the Sleep paralyzation part, and after a 5min session of creepy man Staring ar me, I snap and can move, and he disappears. But apparently I'm in the Real world, not dreaming.

      Edit: i meant That i lose the knowledge That he isn't real
