I am currently engaged, during the early stages of sleep, ( I am familiar with lucid dreaming and somwhat a newcomer to working within my dreams in a 'conscious' manner, as in making decisions within dreams and recognizing/returning to dreams in progress or working w tools left in dreams to benefit me in a given dream scenario ) with attempting to drag or deliver a thought in my mind dewlt upon during a pre-sleep meditation into a dreaming state for use w/in the unconscious. Is there anyone out there with the same endevours in mind and if so, are you experienced in this arena?

If I haven't made myself clear, I can upon an answer to my question above.

      Thank you.

Are you talking about dream incubation? I've had very little success with it in non-lucid dreams, but if you can gain lucidity it becomes pretty easy to remember a task and try to complete it.

It's more like this: I lock onto a thought, a simple one at that, through meditation. I then will myself to sleep w the intention of taking the thought w me into a dream for whatever use I may have in mind.... I can lucidly dream already and have been able to for a while w/out training. I thin I may be a natural, altho the only drawback is that I cannot recall every lucid dream that I have or sometimes wake up later than desired and have to rush, w forgetting what I have dreamt as the result.

I will look further into the tutorials in this site for more information about focus. Thanks for the direction, LTT.
