      Hi guys , new here and need some help

      Hi everybody , i'm new here and i want to learn alot for lucid dreams , would be good if someone help me what should i need to read exactly to have a lucid dreams .

      Can someone just tell me the threads i need to read to lucid .

      thanks but i need to know what methods or technics are easy for a beginner to use to lucid dreams ?

      p.s and is there any book which helps about lucid dreams ?

      Ah. The first technique new people often try out, is DILD. I suggest you start doing Reality Checks, and set up a goal. Your dream recall is very important aswell. If you want, you should try WILD out. Who knows? Perhaps you're a natural and that would be awesome, as you are guaranteed a LD everytime you succeed.

      There is a book Stephen LaBerge has written, called: Exploring the world of lucid dreaming. It's great.
