Welcome to D.V ( Dream Views). Lucid dreaming is amazing, and if you practice it and read up on it, not that hard. Sound waves can help you lucid dream, but you would probably want to combine them with a lucid dream technique. I recommend the WBTB ( Wake Back to Bed) technique. You can find that in the tutorials section of Dream Views. What you basically do is wake yourself up in the morning, think about lucid dreaming and fall back asleep. But READ THE FULL TUTORIAL first.
Do you have good dream recall? Meaning, can you remember your dreams well? If so, you need to start writing a dream journal. I know this sounds stupid and girly, but whats the point of having a lucid dream if you can't remember it, right?
Anyway, there are lots more techniques in the tutorials section of DV.
Some Tips
Drink apple juice before going to bed. This contains Melatonin, a chemical that makes your dreams more vivid and realistic.
When you become lucid, DO NOT MOVE AROUND. Look at your hands very carefully, and see all the details. Your dream will become more vivid, and you will probably have a better chance of not waking up.
Eating a banana may also help with having lucid dreams at night.
The waves that you want to listen to for Lucid Dreaming are Binaural Beats.
Keep a positive attitude. To tell the truth, lucid dreaming is not very challenging. This doesn't mean that it is easy, but anyone can have at least a few lucid dreams.
Happy Dreaming
