      Hey,

      Im new, and i dont know how to have Lucid Dreams, its exciting. Someone know how to have these dreams? I readed some post by people who had Lucide Dreams, now i also want because it sounds cool.

      There are many different lucid dream induction techniques to read about and try! I would highly suggest going to the top of this page and clicking on the "wiki" link. You'll find a lot of tutorials that can help you After you read up on different techniques, you should be able to figure out which one will be best for you!       yea the home page is where i went when i first found this site. just do some lookin around on this site it has alot of usefull info. Also probably one of the most important things to have is a dream journal so id get one and start working on dream recall.

      Yeah, but now i got a problem. I dont remember my dreams, how to remember dreams. Because if i not remember my dreams whats the point to have Lucid Dreams.
      So, any tutorial here for remembering dreams?

      Keep a dream journal...we all do
      Write down your dreams everytime you wake up...
      If you cant...wake up 6hours after you fall asleep,when you wake up...Start recalling your dreams...
      There are plenty of great tutorials around the forum...
