Thread: New here with dreams to discuss

Hello Dreamviews!

I found this forum and thought it would be a great place to discuss my interest with dreams.

I have three dreams where two of them are recent as of last night and the night before that, two of them showed lucid tendencies.

here goes

most recent, no lucid

I'm in an empty room together with some friends just hanging out, when suddenly the band Paramore walks in with gear and all to play a while. Since there are only three of them atm they ask me to sing the with them and little happy me accept and start getting ready.
I cant really remember what song it was, it was either Ignorance or Misery business. I thought they wanted me to tag along for just that song so I flipped out and started rolling on the floor and stuff while singing when I could and when the song ended I when back to my friends.
The next song was We are broken and Hayley got two microphones ready and said "we are serious, get up here", I was so happy that they really wanted me to sing with them so i jumped right back up and went to the mic next to Hayley. And then I sang like never before together with Hayley and the rest and I was so happy I cant even describe it.


Two nights ago, lucid tendencies
I was on a bus that was heading towards this new competition that was taking the world by storm, the rules were simple, everyone on the bus were dropped of in a random city and a clock starts, every half-hour one contestant dies.
We were dropped of in a city I am not familiar with and everybody ran off in different directions but I stop to look at the ticking clock, that's when I realize I'm first to die, in a half-hour.
Oh fudge...
I try to find anyone from the crew to fix this mess, and when I find him and tell him my story he bursts out laughing, big time.
Oh well, I guess that's it. But this is when i semi-realize that I'm dreaming and I ask him if this dream isn't showing lucid tendencies in witch case I can fix this myself, and he tells me "nope it's not", and I'm back on square one...
Then a girls comes running and crying about how she is number two to die, a girl who (in real life) is a friends baby-sister who I almost got together a few years ago.
Once again the crewmember bursts out in laughter.
I put my arm around here and walk here away whilst telling her everything is going to be alright when she asks me "but you wont kiss me right?" and I reply noo haha, because I think she's kidding. But she took me answer very hard and runs away crying so i follow her. Then it's about 2-3 minutes of chasing until I finally catch up with her and tell her it's all right. But then some sort of monster shows up to kill me and after that it's a blur.

About six months ago, my most lucid
It all started with running up the stairs of a bug skyscraper and once I got to the top floor I pushed two people down the side of the building, this is where the dream really starts, Zombie-time. People came rushing up the stairs to hide on the top floor. We hid for a while and I was the only one who had a view over the roof of the building next to ours.

Of course I see how the roof next to us gets overwhelmed with zombies and all the people hiding there gets killed. As I tilt my head to peak I get eye-contact with one of the zombies and they all stop and stare at us.
shit on a brick, we're fudged...

One of the zombies tosses over a rose to our roof (I guess this is from the movie stay alive, only the rose has the reversed effect here) and all the zombies run across to our building. In panic we run up to the roof where we stand under the sky in search for a escape-route. This is where I realize I am dreaming so I decide to jump of the building so I can die and wake up.

So I jump, and as I'm falling towards a certain death I spot a tree below in witch i land and survive, (dont get me wrong it was still a bigass drop) but I figure the drop from the tree to the ground will still kill me if I land on my head, so I jump again. But survive this time as well, i just get up and start running.

I run out to an open field towards what looks like a school a few hundred meters away and when I turn around to look at the skyscraper again I realize I'm being chased. So I jump the fence to the school and the people in there can see that I'm fleeing from zombies so they all grab a gun and begins mowing down those suckers.

This is where a new part of the dream begins, I'm inside the school witch seems to be an university and the alarm has went off, alarming about alien landings. So all the students head to their rooms and activates their "Q-pads", thats a device that when you place them on your forehead and activates them they make you seems dead, and the aliens will ignore you. The thing is I don't have one since I'm not a student here.

So I run down to the lab and ask if I could borrow one and a helpful teacher shows me the storageroom. however there is already somebody in the storageroom, looking at all the unused "Q-pads". The helpful teacher greats him kindly bit I can see he has been bit on the arm so we have to go.

Now the dream turns into some sort of copy of the movie The Faculty and all the teachers seem to be infected...

Then I'm moved 20 years into the future to a post-apocalyptic world where a man walks up to me and tells me about the past 20 years.

When he is telling me I can see it as I'm watching a movie, hovering above the people he's telling me about like a camera. He tells me that it was a homeless guy (played by will smith) found a cure and now everything is fine.

then I wake up


How is that for a first post?
