Hi! |
|
I am having a bit of trouble having my first LD. I do quarter hourly reality checks, use a dream journal, use binaural beats... Everything, but I still can't become lucid. I heard somewhere that you can have someone, who is already lucid, can enter your dream and tell you that you're dreaming, inducing lucidity. I am only 12 but very determined to LD. Is this possible, and if it is, can anyone here help me? |

Hi! |

Are you dreaming?
Goals: Get lucid [x] | Get in control [x] | Fly [ ] | Go to Bora Bora [ ]
In that order!
You seem to be doing everything right. Keep up the good work and eventually they'll come! |

OMG! Lucid dreaming takes patience! You will get it eventually but don't overload yourself with trying and don't stress out if you don't get it. I didn't get my first lucid dream for over 2 months! I hope you get yours sooner! (Seeing as you are 12 years old you have an advantage over me, starting younger is better) |

Nothing is difficult in a dream, its all in your head.
Yeah.. It does take time. Be patient. I'm not experienced but i had my first lucid today. .. It lasted about 15 mins for me. |

it may not be possible for someone to enter your dreams, i dont know yet but dont discount it. however if you go to sleep with the intention that a character in your dream will be a lucid dreamer who will tell you to become lucid, this may well be just as effective. talking about dreams to people in waking life is a good habit as you will eventually start do do it when you are asleep. good luck |

I can't really pretend to know this for a fact because I haven't had a LD yet, but people have told me that the best way to have a LD when you are a beginner is to practice reality checks every hour and also whenever something strange happens, also try telling yourself over and over "I will have a lucid dream" while you are going to sleep. Hope I helped =) |
