      Hello :)

      Hi Guys! So I'm new here I've actually never used any type of Forum before, so this is pretty new to me as well.

      I've always been fascinated with dreams because ever since I was really young I've had great dream recall. It's gotten to the point where I can remember 3 to 5 dreams I've had a night in great detail. My dreams are always very vivid and strange, I can never really understand them. I mean, sometimes I have dreams where I'm someone else in a different time period, or that I'm a 9 year old boy (not sure what that means but I heard it could relate to past lives or something) I've tried to LD a couple of times and generally it either doesn't work or when I do realize I'm dreaming I wake up. I keep a dream journal, so I pretty much document everything.

      Hopefully I can learn and utilize a few things here on LD, I'm really excited to try some things out!

      Welcome to DV! With some practice you should be able to have your first LD soon, since it seems that your dream recall is excellent Check out some of the tutorials for tips, and good luck!

      welcome to DV! good job with starting your dream journal already! I suggest you tag your dream journal so you can learn of your dream signs. I also suggest you look into the tutorials for MILD and DILD either on the home page or in the tutorials on the forum; while you're at it also look into the reality check tutorial on the tutorials page. You seem to be quite close to having your first LD if you actually start questioning your dream like that. I know how it feels to be shut down by a dream (it's happened to me a few times because im a returning member). I hope I helped keep the motivation and concentration and you will succeed!
