some quick questions about the WILD technique

      Hey,
so i was wondering if whilst your mind is awake but you're body is asleep or in SP you still heal you're body and get well rest just as if it were normal sleep?

because i find being aware whilst asleep much more handy than normal sleep because of obvious reasons like well for one knowing what is going on around you and two possible lucidity but highly unlikely at the beginning of the nights sleep

the other question is around how long does it take on average to induce a dream?

i have had two experiences with this one this morning after i woke up which was horrible because i was barely aware but thankfully i kept awakening from dreams back into this state oddly enough yelling at myself to stop being so distracted

      and also
the other was where i was entirely aware and was in this state for about 4 hours and felt all the sensations you could think of.... and only toward the end did i finally experience dream scenario's which were incredible along with flashing lights faces demonic though o.O no more sugar for me xD

also what can i do in the mornings to stay fully aware like i did before going to bed as well as when is the best to do the WILD technique?

i was tired the first but more aware than the second where i had trouble entering the state cause of not being tired at all....
