Welcome to DreamViews, LucidTeammate!

I'm not exactly an expert, but I'll give you some advice I've picked up along the way:

The most important thing is keeping a dream journal. Do you write down your dreams every morning? That's crucial to the whole thing.

If you keep up with the RCs, you'll start getting more eventually. Just keep it up! It seems like you're doing everything right. No one can become a master at lucid dreaming in one night; it takes lots of practice. Just keep working at it and you'll gradually start to get more.

Congrats on the 10 minute dream! It's pretty awesome that you were able to stabilize it for that long, so you're definitely doign something right! Keep up the good work!

With your second dream, it's easy to see why you woke up so quickly. Most people do wake up immediately when trying dream sex, so maybe you should try out some other stuff in dreams first. There's so much to do in dreams that you can't do in real life!

With control, try opening a door/portal and imaging the place you want to go on the other side. If you're having trouble with powers, ask DCs to help you out. Eventually you'll find a Dream Guide who will help you out in your dreams and teach you the stuff you want to do.

Taking 45 minutes to sleep isn't bad - I have that too. I'd say that's about normal and nothing to worry about.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Good luck getting more lucid dreams!
