      Welcome to DreamViews!

The best place to start is probably by keeping a Dream Journal. The most important part about dreams is being able to remember them, and writing them down each day improves your dream recall ability. You can keep a journal at home or you can start one up here: Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource - Member DJs - Dream Journals

If you have any more questions or want any tips for lucid dreaming, feel free to ask! Good luck!

Welcome! also to add on to what was said; reality checks are very useful and help accomplish DILDs or MILDs. I suggest you look at the tutorial on it. Also if performing a DILD and MILD it helps to visualize what you would like to dream about to increase chances at succeeding. Good Luck!

Hey welcome to the forums. What Gmoney posted was correct however, I wouldn't listen to his advice. He believes lucid dreaming is fake. Let me assure you it is real.
