So since it was weekend, I tried the WBTB-technique again, it didnt work on saturday morning but today on sunday morning it ended up in pretty strange way.

So I woke up at about 8:00 AM and set the alarm clock to wake me up again after about 30min. I woke up and started thinking about lucid dreaming, but I slipped into a normal dream. I woke again and thought about lucid dreaming but not enough and I ended in non-lucid dream, but this time when I was dreaming, I kind of like had this short lucid moment but it slipped away into a normal dream. In this dream however I felt my body being in sleep paralysis. I dont like to be in SP at all because when I was little, I woke up from this horrible nightmare where I was drowning and found myself completely paralysed. I also felt like something was on my chest and it was hard to breathe so It was really horrible experience and thats why I tried to wake myself up in the dream and end the sleep paralysis.

But its pretty hard to explain what was going on in my head, since I was in a dream aware that I was in sleep paralysis, but still not aware that I was dreaming it was really weird. I remember that in that dream, there was this old lady looking like my grandma and she was talking to me about sleep paralysis and how awful feeling it is to her.

So basically I was aware of my body asleep in the dream but not aware that I was dreaming. I was really disturbed and scared by the feeling of the sleep paralysis, but when I woke up, I immediately understood that the sleep paralysis cannot harm me. So even the WBTB didnt end up in a LD I got again a good lesson that in the end the sleep paralysis just feels awful but cant harm me. Next time I wont be scared about the SP, I promise!

Again a pretty long post but hope someone reads it.
