      Exclamation Urgent Questions

Hi, I have 2 questions for you. I've been attempting lucid dreaming for 16 nights now and for some reason I seem to realize that somethings wrong but I never do a realtor check ( mild technique). Also, I seem to have from 2-3 dreams a night and I wake up during the time in between each dream for a few seconds, but i've tried and I can stay awake for longer, but I was wondering if this is normal and if I could use this to my lucid advantage. Thanks, kiloshu.

Welcome to the forums, it's normal to not perform reality checks at your level. You are still new to lucid dreaming and it's going to be a while before you are programmed to reality check. It's good that you are waking up in between dreams (from a MILD perspective). Make sure to write down the dreams in some kind of journal and as you drift back to sleep imagine yourself back in that dream.

Well, since you fall back asleep fast, why not use that for a DEILD? Or in other words, think about going back to the dream, as JP suggested, and try to imagine the scenery again, that way if you succed, you will be lucid from the start of the dream.
