Question Am I doing this right?

So, whenever I try to wild, I close my eyes and count my breaths. Eventually I get all tingly and then my body goes limp and it gets hard to breathe. Whenever I get to this point, I dont have any hallucinations, and I'm stumped as to what to do next, I dont know if it's SP, but It takes some effort on my part to move my arms/legs etc.

So, What am I supposed to do next?

You're not quite in sp yet, but you're close. you need to be patient and don't move. When you hit the
transition to sp, you'll know it.

I haven't gotten there yet, but I'm pretty sure the answer is no. You have to wait until your brain starts
the rem process once you're in sp it will be Sooooooo much easier as you don't really have to worry
      about accidentally moving. lol.
